Which of those four would you recommend most highly to me?

I’m playing competitive soccer this year and I want to make sure I’ve got enough energy to last a whole game (I’m not the fittest bloke in the world) so I’m gonna slam an energy drink before each match. Which one of the above four drinks that I mentioned is best for me, judging by these criteria:

- Gives me the strongest energy kick
- Longest-lasting
- Fastest-acting

I do understand that Rockstar and Red Bull both also come in sugar-free versions, so if I was to decide to go with either of these drinks I would choose the sugar-free one anyway.
