Likely in 2-4 hours because the caffeine and sugar will drop you within 1-2 hours, but the ginseng and other energy boosters that most of them have let you go for a couple more hours.... either way, no matter which one you use, you&#039;ll crash while you&#039;re at school unless you keep moving (and/or keep your adrenaline going).

If you just force yourself to wake up early and be up most of the day, you should be dead tired by the time you want to go to sleep, so you should be able to get a good night&#039;s sleep the next night. Just make sure you stay away from caffeine, sugar, and exercise for at least 3 hours before you want to go to bed. Good luck!</description>
