which energy drink works the best and is best for somebody on a diet. I know that energy drinks are not good for you but I need the morning kick and am looking for the lesser evil of energy drinks out there

    Water, No energy drink containing caffiene is good on a diet.
    Helps retain fluids.

    The XS Energy Drink. It has some caffeine, but about 4800% of your Vitamin B12, which is where you are getting the energy, plus some other vitamins. Additionally, most of the flavors have less than 10 calories and less than 1 carb. The cola and root beer flavored ones are my favorites, plus they have a variety of other flavors. They are delicious and don’t give you that super- “buzzy” feeling…P.S. I have tried the diet Red Bull and I think it is DISGUSTING.

    - Lo-Carb monster (10 calories per 8 oz=20 calories per can)
    - Diet Rockstar (10 calories per 8 oz=20 calories per can)
    - Sugar Free Max Velocity (10 calories per 8 oz)
    - Rip It sugar Free Orange ( 00 calories per 8 oz)
    - Wired PassionFruit (10calories per 8 oz=20 calories per can)
    - Exenergy Cranberry (00calories per 8oz)
