		<description>I personally like those Zipfizz energy drinks; they are quite healthy (not to be overdosed on!) and chock-full of vitamins and electrolytes for me to refuel during/after a work-out. They are low in kilocalories, too.

I think Zipfizz is better than stuff such as coffee or RedBull (RedBull has wayyyy too much sugar and is LOADED with sodium, it bloats me up!) because although it perks me up, it really has NEVER given me the afterward crash like the other stimulants I mentioned. It is worth a try, and tastes OK.


btw, don&#039;t rely on energy drinks all the time--your body eventually builds up a tolerance to them if you use them everyday, that is why Red Bull doesn&#039;t give you a lot of energy anymore. Are you sleeping enough? It&#039;s better to have a 15-30 min. nap (not any longer than that or you won&#039;t want to wake up), and THEN take a mild/moderate stimulant if you oh-so-desperately need it. I&#039;m just speaking from personal experience, I really do feel better when I do that.</description>
