   Sparks taste like sweet tarts but they have alcohol in them haha. Vault is good, tastes like mountain dew.

   I usually drink Gatorade cause it has all that good stuff in it that is supposed to rehydrate you and stuff like that. Flavored water is pretty good too but I’m not sure if it counts…

    All of the answers you have received aren’t based on fact and are limited in fact. I drink XS Energy drinks. I love them because they have no carbs and no sugar!!! The energy comes from the B vitamin content. They come in 8 different flavors and some of them are caffeine free too. I have a friend that sells them online at
    lbrown-miller.qhealthzone.com. I challenge anyone to find a better tasting energy drink without the sugar high and drop!!!
