    isotonic drinks like lucozade sport (or gatorade sport in US) are perfect because they contain exactly what your body needs in the quantities that will be best absorbed from your stomach as well as some caffeine to keep you going. That’s why so many sports teams and personalities are sponsored by these kinds of drink x

    5 hour energy
    This product’s main selling point is being able to provide energy without crashing later.
    I tried it and had a very slight effect after six hours but compared to red bull it’s far better
