   Hmmm
   well I always had a Monster energy drink every morning (which was totally a bad thing, I know) it kept me buzzed during school hours, so i suggest that.
   And please don’t be stupid like me, drinking one everyday especially mornings, i’m always exhausted now

   There is one called NOS its a blue bottle, and the other is REDLINE !!!!! Trust me their strong!

   Red Line. They only sell it in gyms and vitamin stores because it is more intense than Red Bull or Rockstar. They reccomend that you only drink half the bottle in the begnning. There is no sugar and comes in a variety of flavors. For women they also make Red Line Princess.

   The best regular energy drink is Rock Star!

   Keep in mind that caffeine dehydrates so when you have an energy drink you need to drink water too. This offsets the dehydrating effect which makes us tired and makes the energy from the drink last longer.

   Now caffein also depletes our bodies of B vitamins which are essential for energy. The B vitamins that most add is barely more than what the caffeine remove. This means that the heatlhy energy drinks that have a bunch of B vitamins in them only make sense.

   There are a lot of them out there… SPIKE by biotest is pretty well-made. I enjoy this one because i just love coffee but i can’t drink it in the gym
