WATER and eat an apple with it (seriously, it will wake you up) . Better than anything on the market, and it helps your body rather than hurting it. If you don’t believe me, just try it for two days. Drink your energy drinks for two days, and then spend two days replacing them with a glass of water and an apple. It’s also cheaper, and there’s no shakiness and no CRASH.

I loved the Snapple *fire*,It was red, at least I think it was Snapple. It was wonderful. I worked nights and as anyone who works nights knows, day sleep is difficult to get. That drink would give me a boost of gentle energy. It through so many nights. I wish we could still get it.
I wonder why they took it off the market?

i was hugely into the amps. red green orange and blue… but i recently got into an energy drink that only trails red bull in sales worldwide named XS. it is an amazing drink. its the healthiest energy drink out there. no sugar, little caffiene, 8 calories, and has 13 flavors. i personally like the wild berry blast which is like a blue rasberry tyoe flavor, and the citrus blast which is like a mountain dew flavor. but all the flavors taste good. (i have tried them all) to learn more or order some for yourself heres the website i but XS from. its under the sports nutrition section
