   Red Bull and / or (the original green) Monster.

   -Fruit smoothies
   -Ice water
   -Isotonic drinks
   -Milk
   My dad loves coffee and tea and a glass of orange juice in a day

   the best energy drink for me is spike energy drink
   you have to be 18 or older to buy it though

   monster blue – same cost as redbull – but 16oz. the blue is lo carb.

   I like the 5 hour energy drink. They sell it at any Walgreen’s or GM. It cost like about $ 5.00 and some cents for two bottles. It comes in a small bottle that contains like about 1 ounce of energy liquid. It comes in flavors : Lime, Berry, Strawberry and Berry. It doesn’t make you feel all down after it wears out. It really works. It’s kind of pricey but it’s great. Try it !

   Green Tea (cleanses your system), Howling Monkey (cola flavor).

   Rockstar Zero (Blue can) tastes ok and has an insane amount of caffeine. More then any other energy drink I’ve ever had.

   If you like coffee, try Monster Java. It tastes like the starbucks frappacinos but has the same energy complex that the Monster energy drinks have.

   If you like green teas, try Enviga or Full throttle bad mother.
