How to make a simple diet energy drink?

How do you make a simple diet energy drink that taste good and doesn’t cost so much?! Something that will indeed give me energy and help me loose weight (by decreasing my craving or by boosting my metabolism)… Think you can help me out?!

    Make a protein shake with coffee or espresso and add fiber to it.For flavor use yogurt or fresh fruit it taste great and will help stop hunger cravings!

    Providing that you’re OK with veggies, I’ve always felt that V8 juice is the best “energy/weight loss” drink going. And it’s a lot easier (and probably cheaper) than busting out the juicer… Good luck!

    Mix together any flavor of sugar-free Kool-Aid and liquid ginseng. I did this all the time when I worked overnights and it worked really well for me. If you want, you could probably also buy some liquid B vitamins and stick those in there as well, although I can’t attest to the effectiveness or tastiness of that. Good luck!
