Monster and most all other energy drinks on the market contain very high amounts of sugar and caffeine, which are bad for you. This is probably the reason you feel bad after drinking them.

I drink an energy drink that is does not contain all the sugar and caffeine. It is a HEALTHY energy drink that makes you feel really good. It works in 5-10 minutes after you drink it, it lasts for several hours (much longer than those other drinks), and it is much less expensive.

I drink one or may be two a day. I feel better than I have in the last 10 years.

You can find them at

Yes, that is right the energy comes from the sugar which is simple sugar and hits your bloodstream real fast, the caffeine gives a mild high; I can tell you that caffeine pills do cause tremors and anxiety, caffeine at that level can also cause heart palpitations and even cardiac arrest at abusive levels, Both caffeine and sugar are addictive

Energy drinks are full of both caffeine and sugar...
Sugar and caffeine are both addictive, and can cause withdrawal symptoms.
Some symptoms of withdrawal are anxiety, headache and nausea.

Sometimes caffeine pills make you feel anxious because the caffeine is keying you up, and you have no way of stopping it.

Normally your body generates a heightened state of awareness in response to danger or stress, and when the danger is gone it shuts it off.

Caffeine works like this, heightening your alertness, but there is no way for your body to turn it off - until it wears off.

Some energy drinks hide their active ingredient by telling the name of the plant that it came from, or using another name. An example is Yerba Matte. This is chemically similar to caffeine, and is just as addictive.
