How can I have more energy without drinking energy drinks and caffeine?

energy drinks
its not my time asked:

I’m tired of relying on energy drinks and caffeine for a pick me up, I always feel horrible when I crash.

Besides sleep and exercise, how can I have more energy?

Eat a healthy diet. Other than that, it’s sleep and exercise. Sorry.

Stop drinking the energy and caffiene drinks totally. It’s hard the first few days but I’ve quit several times and I always feel a million times better and have more energy when I completely cut them out of my diet.
