I have an early an early morning class & need something to wake me up. Preferably not caffeinated(i live in AZ & can’t afford to get dehydrated) or an energy drink. Any suggestions?
I am so tired of being well, tired. I need to know what to do! Vitamins, energy drink, energy shot, what???
How do you get a quick energy boost that doesn’t last a really long time (like coffee or an energy drink)?
its giving me a headache and like just a really bad feeling in general. i want it to go away.
ive already drank a lot of water.
ive already done my excersize for the day.
will a cooler temperature help?

I’ve been looking for a daily ‘boost’ without that crash and strung out feeling. I’ve tried the red bulls, rockstars, 5 hour energy and such…. but those are pretty pricey. 5 hour energy is pretty good though (no shakiness or crash). Any other energy producers recommended? Thanks in advance.
I just started taking 1mg of klonopin last night and today I am tired and I just cant seem to keep my eyes open here at work. I was wondering if it would be okay to have a energy drink now, to wake me up, and then take another klonopin at bed time? Or is that not good for my heart?
No, I did not increase my dosage but good point lol.

Tomorrow is the first day of my junior year in high school. Basically I have to wake up at 5:45 in the morning and the earliest I’ve waken up this summer is at 9. I’m planning on being tired out of my mind especially since I’m probably not going to sleep until 11 or so because last night I tried going to bed early and I couln’t because I’ve stayed up so late all summer. My question is, if I drink an energy drink tomorrow morning will I crash during the day and become tired?

I am not drinking them, but one person I know does, so I need to give him an advice, because I know energy drinks are harmful for kidneys, heart and stomach. He wakes up, does some sport (~1h), then takes a shower and eats breakfast. Later at ~ midday, he feels, he is tired and only energy drinks help him. What should be changed instead of energy drinks to more healthier thing?
