I know that’s kind of a broad question, but I need something new.
I usually just drink redbull or monster, but they literally don’t do anything anymore lol. Like I can down 2 of them easily and won’t feel any effects, and will be asleep in an hour. Am i now immune to them? >.>
Soooo anyway, I don’t just want to drink “more” of one drink, so is there something stronger I can use? Or will switching to something else work? (like just switching to a different kind of drink)

I’m sensitive to caffeine. I can drink 1 bottle of mt. dew and have the jitters, and it makes my heart race. I usually work 10-12 hour shifts, and today, I’m extra tired for some reason. I’m due to be at work in just an hour and a half and I need a little jump. The only thing is, I don’t want the jitters, I don’t want my heart to race and I definitely don’t want to crash. I am extremely active in my job. I’m on my feet my entire shift (yes, even during breaks) and I’m constantly lifting stuff, bending down, etc. So it’s pretty tiresome. What is the best way for me to get some energy before going into work?? I feel like I could fall asleep right where I sit and sleep until morning! HELP!

Will energy drinks help me study and learn more efficiently? I remember reading a label on a red bull can claiming it could increase concentration, but it was like 2 bucks for one small can. I’d buy it if I can find out for sure it works….because I really need help pushing myself to study sometimes. I’m thinking about buying monster energy drinks and using those before I study…any thoughts or suggestions about this? Thanks
