I’m looking for an energy drink that isn’t loaded with sugar like Monster, Amp, Vault, etc. (I’m even trying to avoid the low-cal/diet versions of these) I was considering things like 5-Hour Energy or FRS. Any good suggestions?
I work from 8-6 and by the time i get to the gym i am exhausted..what energy drink should i drink that wont hurt me health wise? I dont want the ones that are filled with just all sugar or caffeine.
I get most caffeine from coffee in the morning, but really have no desire for it in the afternoon, nor do I want to put more caffeine in my body for the day. Anything that I can take to feel more alert without shocking my body with sugar and stimulants?
just want something to give me a boost,
whats best, soda? coffee? fizzy drinks?
anything you can suggest please!
I need like a protein bar or protein shakes that are avalable in the UK stores oh and they have to be healthy thanks.
