One that doesn’t have that much sugar, and one that there is no crash later… I have terrible energy, so a good drink would help… anyone? and Thanks!
I run for an hour 6 mornings a week, and I’m looking for something to boost my energy levels.

i get tired quickly and i need some energy so i can work long hours.
emma, thinks for your response, but i just want to add that i sleep more than enough, between 9 hours and 10 hours,
i just don’t know why i get tired quickly.

I drink 1 to 2 energy drinks a week, mainly green Monster, but sometimes I get SoBe Adrenaline Rush. I’ve never had more than 2 in a week. They’re great because I am very busy sometimes and I need to stay awake a lot. I never crash from them, I stay energized for the whole day. My mom thinks they are horrible for me, but I think that 1 or 2 a week wouldn’t be dangerous at all. Is this bad for me? Or is it okay for me to drink one every once and a while?
I find my self feeling weak after 50minuets of playing tennis or exercising…It’s been at least a year and a half since I was in top condition as a highschool jock…but how can I regain that energy? Nutrition tips please.
PS.I don’t want to drink energy drinks.
I used to be able to exercise for very long periods.
My son enjoys a cup of coffee (or an energy drink) with me in the afternoon. It seems like an okay thing to allow after a long school day and before homework/chores. My husband thinks it’s awful. From a medical stand-point, I’ve heard there’s nomore caffine in a cup of hot chocolate. He is absolutely limited to a cup/can a day, has no behavior issues and I do not notice a change in his demeanor.
