Ok, in an hour i am leaving for soccer and i am going to be playing two 80 minute matches.
i had a good sleep but now i need to know what i should have now and take with me to stay at my best throughout the day.
make me extremely full of energy so that i can take it right before pe so that i can use all that energy to do my best in the physical fitness test.
I am in track and I am wondering if it is not very good. I know drinking pop after track is not very good and I was just wondering if it is bad and what is the best thing to drink after track. I was also wondering if drinking a Monster before track would be a good idea.

I’m looking for a energy drink/powder drink for recovery after I do my training runs for marathons. I’m looking for something that doesn’t contain any harmful substances. Maybe I don’t need anything but I’m finding my recovery is taking too long. I’m open for suggestions.

I’m thinking about using a type of energy drink or something for extra energy when making videos. I was looking at 5-hour energy, but I have never used energy drinks and I don’t have a clue as to what to use.
