Hey! Just as a fyi any soda is acidic (ie: coke contains a pH level of about 2.5) which CAN be harmful to teeth in the long run by weakening the enamel and making your pearly whites not so white as well as lead to tooth decay and cavities! You know if you place a tooth in soda that after about a week it will be completely dissolved. Now if you decide to switch and it’s the caffeine that you’re going for, I’d suggest trying to switch with a high protein breakfast which will give you that same boost of energy needed to start your day…carnation instant breakfast is great, btw. If you’ve been doing this for a while and you decide to change it up, you will more than likely have withdrawal symptoms such as headaches or feeling drained, but it shouldn’t last too long, perhaps a week or less depending on how long you were dependant on it. Hope this helps!

It depends on the amount of sugar in your energy drink.

Those things aren't a really good idea anyhow, particularly if you are drinking them daily.

Energy drinks are full of sugar - so YES

They also overload your bloodstream with glucose - which is great if you're just about to run a marathon but not so good if you want to avoid diabetes and obesity.
