You should eat breakfast in the morning. If you do not have time grab something while you are on your way. I usually have the egg muffin from McDonals and a coffee. Eggs are good for you. If you don’t want coffee, drink tea. Tea has less cafeine. I do not recommend energy drinks. A liquid is not a meal and its not healthy to not eat a solid foods for breakfast. Hope this helps!

Alright. If you have absolutely no time in the morning for real food. Drink a slim fast shake. You’ll lose weight and you’ll feel great!
Also, no energy drinks. You gain weight, feel gross, and you plummet after about 2 hours. Drink and eat during the day for extra energy,

Monsters are a bit nasty. I prefer the 4C energy rush packets that you pour into a bottle. They taste good, are light, easy to pack along and give a good boost without feeling like you drank battery acid. I also like the Anheuser-Busch 180 drinks or Red Bulls
