I have to run 6 400m on the track in a minute 30 seconds each with a minute break in between. What’s a really good energy drink that will give me so much energy that I can run three of the six laps around the track in 1 min 30 sec.? I need a drink that will help me run without getting so tired I need to stop and take a long breather in a middle of a lap.
