The drink should give you a boost and not induce a “crash” afterwards and (I hope) provide some nutrition, and can be bought nation-wide.

I been trying diferent energy drinks. I want to know which of one YOU think is bette?

I’ve been studying all nite cuz ive had 4 finals between yesterday and today, then I have to drive for 6 hours to help my family move out in miami, i need to be efficient in all of these things until i get to miami so I need a 15 hour boost….What can I do???

apart from lucozade, what would you recommend?

im sensitive to Caffeine so can not always drink Redbull,Monster Etc
