I drink 1 to 2 energy drinks a week, mainly green Monster, but sometimes I get SoBe Adrenaline Rush. I’ve never had more than 2 in a week. They’re great because I am very busy sometimes and I need to stay awake a lot. I never crash from them, I stay energized for the whole day. My mom thinks they are horrible for me, but I think that 1 or 2 a week wouldn’t be dangerous at all. Is this bad for me? Or is it okay for me to drink one every once and a while?

Is there anyone out here who knows where I can go to get my all natural energy drink on the market. I heard that their are different manufacturing companies that’s looking for new drink products to add to their line-up. I would like to get into walmart, walgreens, am/pm, etc.

How long b4 you start playing your sport should you drink an energy drink. Half an Hour? Also what is the best type i currently use Relentless and Lucozade. Any Ideas?

I find my self feeling weak after 50minuets of playing tennis or exercising…It’s been at least a year and a half since I was in top condition as a highschool jock…but how can I regain that energy? Nutrition tips please.

i can’t seem to find the answer online and i was wondering how it stacks up to my favorite energy drinks. it doesn’t taste too potent so i’m guessing it’s about as strong as full throttle. but don’t tell me “about as strong as *insert energy drink here*” i wanna know how many miligrams are in it.

I drank a energy drink about 3 hours ago, is it safe to drink alcohol now? I mean how long does it take for the energy drink to get out of your system?

I got the ACT energy drink powder mix. I haven’t tried it yet, because it’s like 8:30 at night. But does it work good like it says it does? Providing energy in minutes that last 5-6 hours? And how’s the taste?
