I gotta work after I give blood and I always feel tired after giving blood.. is it ok to drink an energy drink?

I had allergy so i decided to take the allergy medication, but when i got to school, i became drowsy and fatigue so i decided to take in some energy drink so i can wake up and pay attention in class. IS THAT BAD???

I know its different but I was wondering if it would have a similair effect because its still liquor nd an energy drink? Has anyone tried it?

Which energy drink is the strongest and longest lasting that tastes pretty good. Are they better than coffee?

I’m 5,9 and 135 lbs. I’m gonna play a short soccer game tommorow thats gonna last 30 min so im gonna use energy drink to give me that short burst….i was wondering how many minutes before the game should i drink it in order to make the best use of it before it starts to wear off..
oh and its a can of Monster Energy Drink..(the green ginseng one i think)

I’m 17, and I need a little boost of energy everytime before I workout, Would it be bad to drink a “redbull”, or a “go girl”, maybe a protein shake?
Or maybe 10 egg whites?
Would the energy drink give me heart problems if I drink it for a period of 2 weeks or so, mostly everyday?

“by taking decent soda and adding caffeine” – it has been done (Jolt, and others). They don’t work out for some reason.
