I was wondering if there were any energy drinks out on the market that weren’t like 5 bucks, that were actually healthy for your body and aren’t just loaded with glucose to give u quick energy then make you crash.
If there is then what is the name of it, where can i find it, and what is the website of the company that manufactures it?

I am a 15 year old male. i once read that if you don’t get a rush from energy drinks, your body has a high caffine tallarence. i once had 4 liquid ice energy drinks in under an hour, another time i had two monster energy drinks and a no fear energy drink in about 3 and a half hours. both times i felt absolutely nothing what so ever. There are also plenty of other times i’ve had just one energy drink and felt nothing.
So i was woundering if it would be the same case for alcohol, when i grow up, would i need to consume very large amounts of alcohol to get drunk?
I haven’t really slept in the past 48 hours. I only got about 2 hours of sleep last night and I have to babysit from about 6am until night (all day) and I need to be awake the whole time. I bought a 4 pack of Monster energy drinks to keep myself up and I’ve drank 3 so far. Is this unhealthy for my body or will I be fine? I’m 17 so you’ll have an idea of my age.
I use Monster on a regular basis, but I don’t understand why I feel so great after drink one.
Also, I often get a headache after drinking coffee, but could it be related to making my coffee very strong?
Also, is it possible to get strongly addicted to Monster or other energy drinks?
Also, does anyone have an experienced opinion (somone having drunk Monster on several occasions) on what energy drink has the best effects and least side effects, etc.
Does anyone know why caffeine pills make me feel terrible/anxious?
Please do not advise me to stop drinking Monster or other energy drinks please.
I have to admit, i am addicted to energy drinks. I probably drink about two Monsters or Rockstars, and even maybe a coffee drink thrown into the mix on a daily basis. Is this a long-term health risk? Am i asking for trouble in the future if i keep it up? How much caffeine am I consuming and is it dangerous?
