I know that energy drinks have a lot of chemicals in them, but do they really hurt you in the long run? I was told a man had heart problems because he drank multiple Red Bull drinks a day for months straight. I also noticed that the drinks are getting bigger, so the size of the drink may be a factor. Would drinking energy drinks regularly do longterm damage?
Ohk so i drink a ton of water, work out and eat healthy. Though i like to drink energy drinks like Full Throttle, Jolt, and Red Bull (those are the only ones i drink). Are they actually that bad for you i mean if you stay active and drink water. What about sugar-free Red Bull? Any thoughts or suggestions or advice? Please have a reason behind your answer. Support it please and be informative i really need to know if i should continue you or not.
Ok, so I chosen to be Abstinent to alchohol, but i’ve found that energy drinks sorta give me the same feeling. So i was wondering, are their any side effects of drinking a few energy drinks. Especially like any long term ones?
Yea Im not stupid. I would for sure not be drinking them everyday, But you know, they help me kind of loosen up. Just a couple now and then i just don’t want to mess up my body for something stupid like that.
Energy drinks are pretty bad for your teeth. They create a low pH in the mouth (acidic), and they can have tons of sugar. Over time and with regular usage cavities can form. Also, the amount of caffeine in the drinks can lead to dependence (like any caffeinated product). I’m looking for a catchy slogan to use in a campaign to increase awareness of the effects energy drinks can have on teeth.
